What you earn

What you earn and what you keep

You bring decades of mastery. We bring the capital, the capture system, and the licensing rail. Neither of us earns anything until your skill does.

Applying, participating, capture, adaptation, validation, and marketplace entry are funded by HumanLore.

Your revenue share50%

You receive half of the Net Licensing Revenue HumanLore receives from licensing your skill.

Underlying skillYours

You remain free to practice, use, and teach your knowledge, identity, brand, and original materials.

Applying is free, and it stays free.

HumanLore never charges creators — not to apply, participate, capture their skill, or enter the marketplace. We invest in the creators we select and recover our investment only from our share of future licensing revenue.

You keep what's yours.

You retain your pre-existing knowledge, identity, brand, original materials, and any intellectual property you legally own. You remain free to practice, use, and teach your underlying skill. You give HumanLore the rights defined in your agreement to capture, process, adapt, validate, market, sublicense, and distribute the resulting HumanLore skill asset.

You receive 50% of Net Licensing Revenue.

Net Licensing Revenue means the money HumanLore actually receives, less refunds, sales or similar transaction taxes, payment-processing fees, and third-party distribution or robot-integration fees directly attributable to that license.

Your skill is attributed to you.

Operators can see who taught it unless you choose an approved alternative. Your agreement defines the license term, renewal, withdrawal rights, and what happens to licenses already issued.

Your contractual revenue right can pass to your estate.

That right continues for the remaining term of the agreement. Approved capture support, processing, robot adaptation, validation, marketplace development, and legal work are funded by HumanLore, recovered from our share, never yours.

What would you teach?

Your skill could keep working long after the job changes.
